Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Addvertiz website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Addvertiz provides digital marketing, web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, branding, and related digital services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements or proposals.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for your project
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals during the project
  • Ensure you have rights to any content you provide to us
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Addvertiz retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Generally, projects require an advance payment before work begins. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Addvertiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mysuru, Karnataka.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
